Returns

Sometimes, you may want to return your order. Perhaps the product does not meet your expectations, or there is another reason why you no longer wish to keep it. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without providing any reason. You can do this by sending an email to info@barbershopdevalk.nl.

After cancellation, you have an additional 7 days to return the product. Upon receiving the return, we will refund the full order amount, including shipping costs. However, the return shipping costs from your home to our webshop are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package; please consult your courier’s website for exact rates.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to inspect the product, we may charge you for the diminished value of the product. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.

 

Refunds

We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving your returned item at our warehouse. Please note that your chosen payment provider may require additional time to credit the amount to your account.

It is the customer’s responsibility to choose their own return method and cover the total costs of the return shipment, including any applicable duties or taxes. We strongly recommend securely packaging your return and using a tracked delivery service or courier, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

Please keep proof of postage and tracking information for your return, as we may need this for verification at a later date.
