Orders placed Monday through Saturday before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same day.
Ordered before 16:00 is shipped today. Depending on the carrier, it can take up to 1-2 business days for the order to reach you.

There are no shipping costs for orders over €50. For orders under €50 the following rates apply:
- €7.65 for orders within the Netherlands.
- €12.95 for orders to countries within the EU.
- €19.95 for orders to countries outside the EU.
Delivery is via DHL/PostNL/DPD parcel delivery.

We will process the refund within 14 days after your return has reached our warehouse. Please note that your chosen payment provider may require additional time to credit the funds to your account.
If an order is not eligible for free returns, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to choose a return method and pay the total cost of return shipping, including any duties/taxes that may apply.

We always recommend that you package your return securely and use a tracked delivery service or courier. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please ensure you retain your proof of postage and returns tracking number as this may be required at a later date.
